I didn’t start building AI systems because I wanted more tech in my life. I started because I wanted better support — for myself, my work, and the people I serve.
After years of running a business (and doing a lot of things manually), I saw how powerful AI could be when it’s designed thoughtfully — around real workflows, real humans, and real goals.
Today, I help business owners take AI to the next level by building human-first systems that increase capacity, support teams, and create better client experiences — without losing the heart of their work.

Start with Strategy
We look at your business, your workflows, your tools, and what you actually want AI to do.
We clarify:
what the system is meant to replace or support
who it’s for (you, your team, your clients)
how to use your own strategies, workflows, and frameworks in the system
We’ll discuss your project in-depth to make sure we’re on the same page.
Build the System
Once the strategy is clear, we design and build the system for you.
That means:
using proven system frameworks (or designing custom logic when needed)
training AI on your expertise, voice, and standards
integrating with the tools you already use
intentionally choosing where automation helps — and where humans stay in the loop
Test and Tweak
Before anything is officially handed off, our team tests the system in real life.
We repeatedly:
run real inputs through it
review outputs for quality and usefulness
tweak logic, prompts, and flow
simplify anything that feels clunky
The goal here is to make sure your system is consistent and reliable.
Delivery +
Beta Period
Once the system is ready, we hand it over — clearly and confidently.

Annemie runs Consistency Club, a membership for photographers with over 200 active members. She wanted a way to help members generate custom, on-brand content every month — without generic templates or endless prompts.
We built a system that:
saves each member’s brand + content strategy profile
collects a short monthly strategy form
generates custom blogs, emails, and social posts on demand
The original project launched as a Blog Generator, and later expanded into Email and Social Media Wizards — all working together inside her membership.

Katie wanted a way to deliver deep, high-quality brand strategy without spending 10 hours building every Brand Book by hand.
So we built an Automagical Playbook Generator that:
takes a 2-hour strategy call transcript
runs it through a custom AI system trained on her frameworks
delivers a 150+ page Brand Book in about 20 minutes
The entire delivery process now takes about 1.5 hours total — instead of a full workday.
